- Many of our classes are low-impact and can be modified to accommodate certain injuries. Please let us know at least 12 hours before your class whenever possible, or inform your instructor before class begins. If you have a significant injury or are under medical care, we recommend getting clearance from your healthcare provider first.
- I'm pregnant. Can I attend classes?
- Yes, provided you have your physician's clearance and join pregnancy-appropriate classes.
