These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients, visitors, members and guests of Veora Wellness.

All classes require advance booking through the official booking platform.

Walk-ins are subject to availability.

Studio schedules and instructors may change without prior notice.

Classes may be cancelled if a minimum number of participants is not met. Clients will receive a replacement credit or rescheduled booking.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class start may not be admitted, to ensure safety and minimize disruption.

Late arrivals may still be charged the applicable class credit.

Memberships and class packages are personal and non-transferable. They may not be resold or shared.

All packages have expiration dates, and unused credits expire unless otherwise stated.

Clients are expected to wear appropriate workout attire, use grip socks when required, wipe down equipment after use if instructed, return props and equipment to their designated areas, and maintain respectful conduct toward instructors, staff and fellow clients.

Veora is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings. Lockers are provided for convenience but are used at the client's own risk.

Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before participating. Veora reserves the right to refuse participation if it believes an activity may be unsafe for the client.

Photography or videography by clients that captures other guests without their consent is prohibited. Veora will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws.

Veora reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any individual whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or disruptive, or who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Veora may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the studio constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Studio Rental Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all studio rental bookings made with Veora Wellness. By purchasing a Studio Rental package, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.

Studio Rental packages provide exclusive access to the reserved studio space for the duration indicated in the purchased package.

Unless otherwise specified, rental fees do not include event styling, decorations, furniture, catering, photography, videography, entertainment or any third-party services.

Studio Rental packages are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, and a confirmed booking must be scheduled within that period.

Expired rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Studio rentals are subject to availability. A booking is only considered confirmed once the reservation has been accepted by Veora.

The maximum number of guests permitted is based on the package purchased. Additional guests may be accommodated only upon prior approval and payment of the applicable additional-guest fee.

Decorations are welcome provided they are temporary and do not damage the studio or its fixtures.

Prohibited: nails, screws, staples or similar fasteners; glue or permanent adhesives; tapes that leave residue; glitter, confetti or smoke effects; and any installation that may scratch, puncture, stain or otherwise damage the space.

Before the end of the rental period, clients must remove all decorations and belongings, dispose of trash, return moved furniture or equipment, and leave the studio in its original condition.

The Client accepts full responsibility for any loss, damage or excessive cleaning resulting from the actions of the Client or their guests.

Veora reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any rental that violates these Terms & Conditions or studio policies, or that may compromise the safety of guests or the condition of the studio.
